Agreement to Terms

When you call us or use our towing services, you agree to follow these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

Our Services

We provide emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Diamond Bar, CA and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine your vehicle is unsafe to tow, if you provide false information, or if you act in a threatening or abusive manner toward our staff.

Pricing and Payment

We'll give you a price estimate before we start the job. Final costs may vary based on actual conditions like distance, vehicle type, or complexity of the situation. You agree to pay the final amount when the service is complete.

Payment is due immediately after service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If payment is not received, we may hold your vehicle until full payment is made, as allowed by California law.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. We are not responsible for any items left in your vehicle. You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition.

You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to request towing services. If you request towing for someone else's vehicle without permission, you may be held legally responsible.

Liability and Insurance

We carry proper insurance and take great care when handling your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We're also not liable for damage caused by the condition of your vehicle, such as low ground clearance or aftermarket modifications.

Our liability is limited to the current market value of your vehicle. We are not responsible for consequential damages like lost wages, rental car costs, or business losses.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your service request, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover our costs.

Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. If there's a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work it out. Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
